The food

A raclette is in itself a team event - being together and having a delicious meal. A homely get-together and a positive atmosphere of conversation are almost self-evident. But also the table grill version is well received by the guests. Here, various meat specialities (beef, chicken, pork, cipollata) with potatoes, various sauces, but also raclette cheese à discrétion are served.
Or how about a Fondue Chinoise (beef, chicken and pork, each 60g/pers.) with different sauces, pickles and rice?
In all variations, guests are welcomed with a mulled wine and punch aperitif over an open fire. The place is decorated with burning finnish candles. We are also happy to offer you various culinary variations to accompany the aperitif - just ask for them.
