The all-round carefree package
Are you looking for someone for your party or wedding who can easily take care of the drinks throughout the entire event? This is possible with this catering offer. It includes the complete beverage supply during your event. The drinks team plans the required quantities, buys the drinks, delivers them, chills them on site, serves them and disposes of all waste at the end of the event.
The offer includes refreshing soft drinks such as cola, ice tea or citrus, mineral water, energy drinks, coffee and tea, beer with and without alcohol, sparkling wine, various wines and a selection of schnapps and long drinks such as Baileys, Limoncello, Jägermeister, Gin Tonic, Whisky-Cola or Cuba Libre. Your guests can order as much and as much as they like - billed at an all-inclusive rate of CHF 5 per person per hour.
Ice-cold drinks guaranteed
During the entire event, two members of the bar team will be on site to serve your guests - ice-cold drinks are always guaranteed, even if your location does not have a power connection. So you can enjoy your party without a care in the world, without your guests having to sit on dry land.
Additional costs are only incurred if you would like a particularly exclusive selection of alcoholic beverages or if special glasses are required in addition to the standard glasses and cups provided by the drinks team. This can be arranged in advance. For smaller orders that take place more than an hour's drive from Bern, a travel fee may apply. The offer can be booked from a minimum turnover of CHF 1000.
