Casarecce, fettuccine or torchietti, complemented with vitello al limone, gorgonzola e zucchine or sugo al pomodoro - the number of delicious pasta varieties and sauces that this family-run food truck has on offer is almost endless. The food is cooked à la minute - in true Piaggio Ape style. Be it for your company party, wedding, vernissage or festival - the food truck is an eye-catcher at any event and leaves no culinary wish unfulfilled.
The kitchen team puts its heart and soul into preparing the homemade pasta and sugos. Drinks, starters, salads, desserts or Apulian antipasti platters with focaccia, olives, salami or frittata are available on request. The carefully selected ingredients are of the highest quality.
The menu
You choose your personal favorites from a variety of pasta types and sauces - a maximum of two pasta types and three sauces are available per occasion. The offer includes:
- Pasta varieties (selection): Caserecce, conchiglie, bigoli, fusilli, mafaldine
- Sauces with meat (selection): Bolognese, piselli e speck, pugliese, puttanesca
- Vegetarian sauces (selection): Pesto Genovese, Crema di Limone e Rucola, Boscaiola
- Vegan sauces (selection): Contadina, Siciliana, Arrabbiata
