The firewood is prepared for you, and potatoes, bread and cheese are also provided. You and your guests are responsible for lighting the fire.

Eating with extra-long forks

The fondue cheese is melted in the pot on the milk churn. Extra-long forks allow you and your guests to dip the bread into the cheese without getting too close to the fire.
With raclette, the cheese melts in pans, which you place on the grid with telescopic rods and lift out again. Three pans at a time fit into one pot - so six people can take turns per pot.
