This location is perfect for your summer party with BBQ. A spacious natural meadow with trees awaits you, under which you will find cozy shady spots. There is also a lounge where you can relax during an aperitif or in between. The conservatory also gives you direct access to the hotel at all times. Whether you want to celebrate your birthday or invite your team to a barbecue: Your event will be a success in this idyllic garden.

The event can only take place in good weather. Then the BBQ delicacies will be grilled for you at a live station.

The menu

• Salad buffet with coleslaw, potato salad, shepherd's salad with feta and red onions and Mediterranean pasta salad with sun-dried tomatoes and courgettes
  
  
• From the grill: pork neck with spicy paprika marinade, chicken breast teriyaki, veal sausage, beef steak with rosemary and garlic, prawn skewer with lemongrass, salmon in a banana leaf, baked potatoes with herb quark, grilled vegetables and corn on the cob
  
  
• Dessert: fruit salad, berry compote with vanilla, ice cream chest with six different varieties as well as toppings and sauces

Drinks for the BBQ can be booked as a package or billed individually. The package includes still and sparkling mineral water, soft drinks of your choice, wine (white and red), beer as well as coffee, espresso and tea.

Aperitif of your choice

Would you like an aperitif before the meal? Here, too, you have the option of booking a drinks package. This includes beer, wine (red and white), Prosecco and still and sparkling mineral water. If you would also like finger food with your aperitif, you have the choice: you can either decide for yourself which four appetizers you would like and book them in addition to the drinks package - or you can choose the combined offer of drinks and finger food and let the chef surprise you with a culinary selection.
