Three-course meal in the nature
Invite your employees or business partners, your friends or family to an unforgettable summer party. Directly at the river Aare or at a body of water of your choice, an event tent with accompanying infrastructure will be erected exclusively for you. When you arrive with your guests, you can enjoy a fine aperitif and get in the mood for the multi-course menu, which will be served to you at beautifully laid tables.
The Mongolian Barbecue
Instead of a classic menu we will also be happy to prepare a Mongolian barbecue for you. At the rich ingredient buffet you can choose from shrimps, various kinds of meat and lots of crunchy vegetables. Now choose the right marinade and hand your plate over to the cook. He will fry your food on the large grill plate right in front of you. Finally you choose a fine sauce and complete your Mongolian grill mix with rice or noodles.
The barbecue fun
Of course you can also spoil your guests with a hearty barbecue. The grill master on site will skilfully prepare your favourite meat or grill a suckling pig for you and your guests. Meanwhile you can help yourself to the delicious salad buffet. Baked Potatoes, Country Fries and various sauces for the meat complete the offer.
