Barbecue with the carefree package

Invite to a big barbecue where you can sit back and relax, according to the motto "The guest grills, the host shines". The catering team comes to you with the 100-metre-long grill, the culinary delicacies and all the trimmings, sets up the entire infrastructure and looks after the event for a total of five hours. Meanwhile you have time for your guests and experience an unforgettable party with them.

The culinary offer

You have the choice between different grill packages, which leave nothing to be desired:

• Spiessli-Plausch or BBQ-Plausch
  Aperitif, 230 g meat per person
  BBQ fun: Kidney piece cookies from the Diessbacher Säuli, chicken steaks, beef bratwurst
  Spiessliplausch:
  Charolais AOC beef, chicken, Diessbacher Säuli, veal bacon & bacon rolls; vegetables: onions, cherry tomatoes, pepperoni, zucchini and herb side dishes
  
  Baked potatoes, buffet with various fresh salads and sauces, wood-fired bread, summer dessert
  
  
• Deluxe fun
  Aperitif, 230 g of meat per person, veal paillard, beef entrecòte, piece of lamb kidney, Vaudois char filet and French corn poulard breast, potatoes, salad buffet, wood-fired bread, dessert
  
  
• Raclette-Plausch over the grill
  300 g cheese and 80 g cipollata per person, vegetable pickles, potatoes, salad buffet, wood-fired bread, dessert

  Infrastructure and support

  You can also confidently leave the entire infrastructure to the catering service. Included in the prices are of course the barbecues (12 m charcoal grill per 100 people) and the themed buffets, but also the entire dinnerware (glasses, palm leaf plates, cutlery, coffee mugs, cocktail napkins). Transportation by refrigerated vehicle, the cooks and the bar and service personnel, the management of the event and an all-rounder/fire master are also part of their carefree package.
