Pasta pesto? Tasty Bolognese with beef from the village butcher? Or an aromatic vegan tomato sauce? Everyone who loves pasta will get their money's worth with this offer.
All dishes are prepared directly on site at your event. There are no long waiting times: with a capacity of 180 portions per hour, nobody stays hungry for long. This makes the food truck ideal for large events such as city festivals, company parties or weddings.
The menu
The culinary offer includes:
- Pasta Pesto
- Crema Pasta
- Pasta Bolognese
- Pasta al Napoli (vegan)
- Children's portions of all pasta versions
Gluten-free pasta is available on request. Other dishes such as a salad buffet with four different salads, aperitif canapés, desserts and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can also be booked. A barbecue option (sausages and Cervelat) is also available for large events of 100 people or more.
Requirements on site
A conventional household socket (230V) is required on site. The Pasta-Mobile measures 7 x 3 x 3.2 meters. When the flap is open, the width is 6 instead of 3 meters. Access to a water tap nearby is desirable, but not essential.
